
Congressman Dennis Kucinich discusses his landmark proposal to address our structural economic problems directly by creating over 7 million jobs. The National Emergency Employment Defense (NEED) Act of 2011 would allow the federal government to directly fund badly-needed infrastructure repairs and fund education systems nationwide by spending money into circulation without increasing the national debt or causing inflation. The proposal would also establish fiscal integrity, reassert Congressional sovereignty and regain control of monetary policy from private banks.

@Pinkers28 2/3 Abortion (privacy) rights are protected by Amend. 14 (see Roe v. Wade). Prayer in public schools is prohibited by the establishment clause (Amend. 1). Marriage? is already a state issue, but Amend. 14 still prevails: “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States…nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
3/3..to court and invariably they would win. They cost big business so much money, that the business community lobbied the? government to create the EPA. The purpose of this was to have government legislate so that SOME pollution was acceptable. And who decided how much pollution is acceptable? Why the ‘experts’ in big business of course. So now people have no legal recompense in most pollution cases as the pollution is EPA approved. How is that better?
@YY4Me133 2/3 Your beliefs about what Ron Paul does and doesn’t advocate are incorrect. Re: separation of Church and state – he is absolutely FOR it. Re: Marriage and abortion – he wants government out of these and would roll back federal jurisdiction. The constititutional position is that the states should regulate at local level and that’s wehat he advocates. Re: the environment. Let me tell? you about the EPA….prior to its existence if a company polluted someone’s land they would take them..

He thinks gov’t has no right to protect the evironment or civil rights, but does? have a right to intrude on our personal lives, e.g. abortion and marriage equality. He doesn’t seem to like separation of church and state. He wants to end S.S. and Medicare. He’s wrong on too many issues:

@Pinkers28 My IQ is 133. So? what? That doesn’t mean that someone with an IQ of 100 can’t have a better grasp of any subject than I do. If Paul rejects evidence for anything that threatens his beliefs, he’s not using that “upwards of 150″ IQ you claim he has.

@shadowcii There’s the fact of evolution and the theory of evolution. So, yes, the theory of evolution is the best explanation for the process. You may disagree with how I worded it, but you did know what I meant, so why make a fuss?

That Paul is a “Dr.” is obviously meaningless when it comes to his ability to discern reality with regard to evolution.
@YY4Me133 2/2 which presupposes the existence of both. Bare in mind also that Ron PAul is? running for the republican nomination. He needs the votes of many people who don’t necessarily believe in evolution, so he’s hardly likely to start insulting their religious beliefs is he? The only issue that really matters is the continuing privitisation of profits and socialisation of losses by the corrupt allaince of the Fed and the government. Only one candidate will stop it. Nothing else matters.

For a kick off, most mainstream Christian religions accept evolution as being entirley compatible with faith in God. Secondly, although I? believe the theory of evolution is correct, it IS still a theory. If you want to get right down to it logical and mathematicatical truths are really only (very, very likely) theories as neither can be proven by science….
